"The soundtrack consists of five songs and two remixes. The first track "Aal Izz Well" has a campus theme that works well with the young crowd and is enthusiastically sung by Sonu Niigaam, which will work on the big screen. "Zoobi Doobi" is a retro Bollywood track that brings you to the rock and roll era with the beautiful duet of Sonu Niigaam and Shreya Ghoshal, which will emphasize Aamir's and Kareena Kapoor's chemistry. The two tracks "Behti Hawa" and" Jaane Nahi Denge Tujhe" send a message about friendship. Shaan and Sonu sing these two strong tracks. Actor Sharman Joshi opens "Give Me Some Sunshine" with a little voice over. The song then moves into a chorus about youngsters wanting to go back in time. The emotion about stressed-out students looking to relive their youth is heartwarming. There is an easy soft rock like feel to the song - the kind closet musicians croon across campus hostels.
